House management is an option for customers that desire to leave the upkeep of the home to a trained professional. The responsibility of our trusted house managers is to get the home in top operating condition. The manager will then proactively maintain the home at its highest efficiency. The number of service hours and exact duties to be performed each month will be unique to each customer. However, typical duties include: coordination of home maintenance projects, scheduling of appointments, housekeeping, grocery shopping, wait service, and non-emergency transportation and other duties as required.
